The general objective of this study was to investigate the awareness in FM radio stations of the consumers’ rights to truthful advertising information. The study was premised on the fact that consumers are entitled truthful and factual information to enable them to make informed purchase decisions on new goods and services. The advertisers use radio to promote goods and services.
